Automatic on-line folding system for the HP4500 & HP4000 Designjet plotters. The Rig.804 produce a srisply fanfolded print in less than 10 seconds and is the ideal solution for both high volume Users or Reprographic bureaus. The folder is quiet and efficient and will increase productivity and workflow.

Fan folds sheets up to 42" wide (107 cm) and of length up to 120" (3 meters).

Fan fold size 170÷220 mm in 1 mm step

Fold programs :

• Equal first and last fold (with compensation fold)
• Filing border: 190 + 20 mm (adjustable)

Max. speed 8 A0 formats per minute, in synchronism with plotter.

Possibility to feed sheets manually.

Paper weight 80÷90 gsm.

Extra wide STACKER for about 150 A0 formats fan folded.
